About This Job:

SeatGeek is a ticket search engine that helps people find the best deals on sports, concert, and theater tickets. As we have grown, the number of customer support inquiries we receive has increased substantially, such that they can no longer be handled informally by existing employees. You will be the first person at SeatGeek to focus exclusively on customer support. You will handle incoming customer support inquiries and make sure that customers get the help they need. Due to the nature of this job, we can be flexible about when and where you work. Initially, we are targeting a part-time hire who will work 16 hours per week. We are open to the potential of hiring someone remote who works from home. You will need to be available two days per week during the standard work day (e.g. 10-6).
